"There are plenty of pockets here, so police can store gloves, headsets, blocks, mobile phones and other things there," Martin, director of the Police Service, said. According to Michal Hotbed from the headquarters of the Traffic Police Service, the high visibility vests serve the police as a place where it is possible to store a flashlight or a one-off test for alcohol or addictive substances. "It's got a radio case, too," Hobo added.
All the eighteen thousand police officers and three-and-a-half thousand transports will receive new equipment.
The whole uniform is gradually passing through. New reflective pants, sweaters or socks are currently fascinating. Just for purchases associated with uniforms, the police will plan to spend about 200 million crowns this year.
