These are the main changes that were implemented:
1. In the helmet must be the domain identification of the motorcycle vehicle, attached in letters and reflective numbers, without matching the background color. The minimum dimension of each letter and number will be 3 cm high, 2 cm wide, and the internal width of each letter and number of 0.5 cm.
2. The driver of the motorcycle vehicle driver, for the purposes of driving on public roads, will have the obligation to use a reflective vest, with the identification of the domain both on the front and on the back. The color of the bottom of the vest shall be pure yellow, sand yellow or orange yellow and shall have at least two horizontal reflective white strips on the front and back top of 5 cm in width and with a separation between them of 14 cm. In the middle of the reflective bands will be printed in reflective white letters and numbers, the domain number of the vehicle.
3. The checking authority must check and verify that both the motorcycle vehicle driver and his companion comply with the provisions of this decree, proceeding in his case to the retention of the vehicle.
4. Failure to comply with the established requirements will be considered a serious offense under the terms of article 77, subsection a), of Law No. 24,449 and its amendments.
