The national police have published recommendations on their website and on social networks to celebrate Halloween safely.
Halloween is fast approaching. If this party lends itself to the most frightening and extravagant costumes, the national police point out, nevertheless, that there are certain rules to respect to have fun "in complete safety".
On Twitter and its website, using festive photographs, it is therefore advisable, before embarking on a candy hunt, to wear "at least one clear, fluorescent or reflective vest garment to be visible in the 'darkness' and not to choose a disguise with objects that could seem dangerous (fake weapons, firecrackers ...).
Do not enter the home of a stranger
The national police also stress that children must be accompanied by an adult. They must also be careful not to enter a stranger's house, not to get into a stranger's vehicle and to cross well on pedestrian crossings.
Finally, if a person does not celebrate Halloween - it is their right - they should indicate it to the participants on their door. She must also not open to people whose kindness she doubts. And, if she does take her car, be careful because children could cross the road without paying attention to the vehicles.
