If previously the presence of reflective elements was only a recommendation, now it is a mandatory requirement for pedestrians who move along the carriageway or shoulder.
Reflective elements can be very different - reflective vests, stickers, ribbons. They can be attached to clothing, backpacks, or vehicles. The driver will be able to see a pedestrian with reflectors from 130-150 meters away and brake in time.
