You will get a mandate without reflective equipment

Having a medical kit and safety equipment - unlike a fire extinguisher - is required in most EU countries (e.g. France, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovakia).

In many countries it is also mandatory to have a reflective vest (and place it in a crash situation). Such requirements apply in Austria, Croatia, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic, Switzerland and even Slovakia.

On the other hand, to travel to France both the passenger and the driver, starting from this holiday, must have an additionally mandatory one-time breathalyzer. For the absence of at least two breathalyzers, a penalty of 11 Euros will be imposed, but will only apply from November.

When choosing a car abroad, you must also take care to buy the right insurance and take with you confirmation. Cars that still have old boards (black) must also have a sticker labeled PL (PL) on the glass. It needs the Replacement spare bulbs and reflective triangle (required in France, Sweden, Norway, Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland and Slovakia).
