The proof with this survey RMC and BFM TV in yesterday. Do not smother reading his statement, almost lying made by a well-timely omission.

Play on words, the poll clearly suggests that we must make wearing compulsory yellow safety vest for French bikers, what some dream since 2011. While motorists should only (hopefully) be able to wear it in case of trouble immobilizing the vehicle.
Citing Belgium or Germany, amalgam is much easier to do that on our roads, it is not unusual to see these countries biker wearing fluorescent equipment (helmet or jacket). But they do so only by choice, German and Italian legislation imposing transporting the BC under the seat to be able to have in case of failure, not a permanent port.
A proposal also made last year by the NSRF with the threat of a fine of € 35 for non-port after the tragicomic saga armbands and 150 cm² Reflective which were to be imposed - Day - bikers and scooter riders.
It will be recalled that wearing retro-reflective vest is mandatory for cyclists riding at night outside an urban area, headlights and lights available on a bicycle being inefficient to be as visible as are these items on a car or motorcycle.
